The Smart F pump range uses the same head as the Verderflex Smart programmable tube pump but uses an industrial gear motor unit making it ideal for incorporated into OEM machinery and integration in plant or process control systems

Each Smart F industrial tube pump features:

• 3 stainless steel, POM or Nylatron rollers on an aluminium rotor
• IP55 / NEMA 4 enclosure
• Optional for high precision / low pulsation 6 roller heads
• Up to 4 stackable heads with rapid tube changing
• Smart Industrial range can be used with variable frequency drives(VFDs) or inverters
• Optional DC powered, UL and CSA approved and hazardous area duty motors
  
  The Industrial pump range offers customer pump choices that are compact, can have multiple heads, are simple by design and can have hazardous area ratings.
   

Industrial

The Industrial series has been developed to offer simple, reliable and cost effective pumping solutions for industrial applications. Incorporating rugged aluminum pump heads with thick wall tubing for good suction. IP55 gear motors with both single and three phase options. Offering flow rates up to 14,000 ml/min / 220 GPH.

M3000

• Conventional 2-Roller Rotor design, simple easy to use tube loading system with quick release front cover
• Flow rates of up to 3,834 ml/min / 60 GPH

M6000

• Model M6000 with IP55 free standing a.c. induction motor and strong worm drive gearbox
• Flow rates: up to 6,300 ml/min / 100 GPH
