The easy to use Verderflex Smart tube pump is capable of pumping viscous, abrasive and chemically aggressive liquids. Ergonomically designed, the Verderflex Smart can be operated whilst wearing gloves and includes an automatic shut down should any pumphead be opened whilst the pump is running. Choose from the 10, 20, 30 and 40 models.
All Verderflex Smart pumps use an easy fit saddle mechanism which can be operated with either hand. Based on a ski boot design, the straight through top loaded tube makes tube changeover a simple process whilst avoiding problems due to tube kinking found on inferior tube pump designs.
All Verderflex Smart pumps have a backlit display easily visible from all angles so that the user can rapidly navigate around the simple menu system developing pump programs using the sophisticate array of dosing features including anti-drop and soft start and stop, perfect for pumping fragile cell cultures. Additionally, for such fluids the pump can be supplied with 6 roller head that minimize pulsation & further protect valuable liquids and broths.
The Verderflex Smart can be manually controlled, remotely controlled through standard interfaces including RS 485 and SCADA or can store up to 10 pre-programmed dosing and 10 batch programs, allowing users to develop product specific pumping schemes.
Each Verderflex Smart pump can be supplied with 2 pump heads on a single drive giving a simple to use, technically advanced precision tube pumps that can be used in both industrial environments and laboratory applications.
